EVENT WILL BE CONDUCTED IN TWO ROUNDS
1. ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:
It should be relevant solution to you problem skipping the unnecessary details.
Format of abstract:
1. Heading in the centre.
2. Font should be Arial black
3. Font size should be 12.
4. Word format
5. Details of participants
6. Name
7. Registration number
8. Email id
9. Phone numbers
10. The abstract should not be more than 400 words.

Last date of submission is 17th October.
Participants are required to send their abstracts to the e-mail id vit.creativityclub.cps@gmail.com.
Selected participants will be informed by 18th October.
2. PRESENTATION:-
Selected participants have to prepare a PowerPoint presentation and will be given 7 minutes to present their creative solution which will be followed by a doubt clearing session of 2 minutes.
Presentation will be judged on the basis of:
- Creativity in applied methodologies.
- Feasibility of the procedure.
- Estimation of the side effects.
- Level of precission in implementation.
Presentation will be held 23rd October in Rajaji Hall.
Best creative solution will be rewarded.
